More updates

It's been a couple of weeks since I updated. Here's a few things that have been going on in jkeyes0's world:

• With the help of my dad, we managed to get the 220V wire and GFCI breaker for the hot tub put in place.
  
• I installed some new outdoor lights on the front of my garage.
  
• We're preparing to tile the hallway that goes into my basement.
  
• Somehow I managed to find some time and played my Xbox 360 for about an hour the other night (first time in months that it's even been turned on)
  
• Baby furniture is (mostly) in place. Just have to pick up and assemble the crib
  

Other than that, I've been trying to keep up with all the new episodes of the TV shows I love most (Heroes, Eureka, The Office, etc.) when there's time.

In other, much bigger news, I had a job interview on Wednesday. I'm not sure how well it went, but I feel pretty good about it. It would be a project lead position supervising 2 other people and doing helpdesk work, and hopefully a decent amount more money (while still staying with the state). I'll post more when I have more information.

Treasures!

On the way back from lunch today, I noticed one of the departments in the building I work in was having a charity fundraiser, selling "treasures" on tables in the lobby. I gave the tables a quick glance, and stumbled upon this little guy for $2. Normally I wouldn't give in to an impulse like that, but for $2, I decided I would like a little linux reminder to put on my desk. :)
